Returns

We hope that you will be as happy with your Swirly things as we are with ours.  If you want to return any item for any reason, please contact us by email sales@swirlclothing.co.uk within 14 days of its receipt.  Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in their original wrapping.

Within 2 working days, we will confirm that we will expect your return.

Please ensure that you receive a proof of postage for your own records and have adequate insurance cover should the parcel be lost. Swirl Clothing cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.  Your item must be sent back within 4 days of our acknowledgement email.  Please return to Swirl, 17 Main Avenue, York, YO31 0RT, UK.  UK customers – we advise you to check out Royal Mail’s size guide to ensure you do not pay more than you have to for postage.

Within 2 working days of receipt of your return, we will refund you the item cost by your original payment method, or issue you with a credit note, as preferred. Shipping costs will only be refunded up to our standard UK delivery option cost.

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service.
